Many people think only of a "bad Headache" when they think "Migraine" or "Migraine attack." That's one of the myths that still surround Migraine. The typical Migraine attack actually consists of three or four parts, referred to as phases or components.

  1. You guys. I’ve had migraines for 16 years. I’m about to go in to menopause and my hormones are wack. I had no idea that some of these symptoms you listed were part of migraine. Thank you so much. Really. Thank you.

  2. My son experiences all the above. He is only 13..he has had migraines since the age if 9-10 years if age. Vomited so much he caused a tear. Migraines are horrific. I have personally never experienced them but thr artical has described them has my son has.

  3. Thank you so much for this article. I have had many of these postdrome and predrome effects and for years thought I had a more sinister sickness.
    Knowing that these symptoms whenever they occur are “normal”, is very comforting,
