The Migraine & Headache Awareness Month Challenge was established in 2012. Daily prompts related to the year’s theme were published and bloggers were encouraged to respond to each day’s prompt and share on social media. Each blogger then posted their URL to the prompt post so everyone could read, Tweet, etc. Once published, each blogger then posted the URL to their response so that everyone could read it, share, like, forward, and tweet about it.
In 2016, due to fewer bloggers, the challenge became the MHAM Blogging and Social Media Challenge. Prompts could stand alone to be Tweeted, posted to Facebook, etc., or bloggers could write on the prompt topic.
